Key terms and definitions used throughout LeadEi
A set of criteria defining what makes a lead valuable for your business. Includes industry, geography, company size, and keywords. Leads are evaluated against your ICP at import time.
A letter grade (A, B, C, D) indicating how well a lead matches your ICP. A-Band (80-100) is the best match, D-Band (0-39) is the poorest match. Used to prioritize outreach efforts.
An AI-generated classification (Hot, Warm, Cold) based on behavioral signals and buying intent indicators. Hot leads show strong purchase intent, Cold leads show no clear signals.
The process of adding additional data to a lead record. Includes website content analysis, contact extraction, and AI-powered scoring. Enrichment consumes quota credits.
Geographic units (typically county seats) used for systematic lead discovery. Each tile is scraped independently to ensure complete coverage of target areas.
North American Industry Classification System code. A 6-digit code that identifies a company's industry sector. Used in ICP configuration to target specific industries.
A company's website address (e.g., example.com). Used as a unique identifier for companies and for deduplication. Domain quality is evaluated during import.
A prioritized list of leads ready for cold calling. Leads are sorted by AI Priority and Score Band to maximize calling efficiency. Tracks call outcomes and history.
