Import your existing lead lists into LeadEi using CSV upload.

CSV Format Requirements

Your CSV should include these columns:

• name or company_name - Company name (required)
• domain or website - Company website
• phone - Phone number
• address - Street address
• city - City
• state - State (2-letter code)
• zip - ZIP code

Import Process

1. Go to Discovery > Import CSV
2. Click or drag to upload your file
3. Map columns to fields if needed
4. Review the preview
5. Click Import

ICP Validation

During import, each lead is evaluated against your ICP:

• Matching leads are imported normally
• Non-matching leads are blocked by default
• You'll see a summary of imported vs blocked counts

Common Issues

File won't upload? - Ensure it's a valid CSV file - Check file size (max 10MB) - Verify column headers exist

Leads being blocked? - Review your ICP configuration - Check for blocked domains in exclusion list - Ensure domains are valid (no social media links)

Data Quality

The system automatically validates:

• Domain quality (blocks social media, listing sites)
• Company name format (blocks test/example names)
• TLD restrictions (.gov, .edu blocked by default)
