What is LeadEi?
LeadEi is a powerful lead generation platform that helps you discover, qualify, and engage with potential customers. It combines multiple data sources, AI-powered scoring, and efficient calling tools to streamline your sales prospecting workflow.
Quick Start Checklist
Follow these steps to get up and running:
Step 1: Configure Your ICP (Ideal Customer Profile)
Your ICP defines what makes a lead valuable for your business. Go to Settings > ICP Configuration to set up:
- Target industries (NAICS codes)
- Geographic regions you serve
- Company size preferences
- Keywords to include or exclude
Step 2: Discover Leads
LeadEi offers multiple ways to find leads:
- Maps Search: Find local businesses using Google Maps data
- Web Search: Search the web for companies matching your criteria
- CSV Import: Upload existing lead lists
- Tile Scraping: Systematically cover geographic areas
Start with Maps Search for the quickest results.
Step 3: Review and Import
After searching, review the results:
- Green badge = ICP Pass (good lead)
- Red badge = ICP Fail (doesn't match your criteria)
- Click "Select ICP" to quickly select all matching leads
- Click "Import Selected" to add them to your database
Step 4: Enrich Your Leads
Once imported, leads can be enriched with additional data:
- Website content analysis
- Contact information extraction
- AI-powered scoring
Go to AI Enrichment to queue leads for enrichment.
Step 5: Work the Call Queue
The Call Queue prioritizes your leads based on:
- AI Priority (Hot, Warm, Cold)
- Score Band (A, B, C, D)
- Contact availability
Start calling from the top of the queue for best results.
