Call Queue Guide

The Call Queue is your command center for cold calling, presenting leads in priority order.

Queue Overview

The queue shows leads sorted by:

  1. AI Priority (Hot > Warm > Cold)
  2. Score Band (A > B > C > D)
  3. Contact availability
  4. Last contact time

Quick Call Outcomes

Log calls quickly with one-click buttons:

  • No Answer: Lead didn't pick up
  • Callback: Requested callback
  • Connected: Had a conversation
  • Not Interested: Lead declined

Each outcome is logged with timestamp and updates call count.

Call Tracking

The queue tracks:

  • Total call attempts per lead
  • Last call timestamp
  • Call outcomes history
  • Notes from each interaction

Filters

Filter the queue by:

  • AI Priority
  • Score Band
  • State/Region
  • Has Phone
  • Assignment

Adding Notes

Add notes during or after calls:

  1. Click on a lead
  2. Add note with type (call, meeting, task)
  3. Notes are visible to all team members

Best Practices

  • Start from the top of the queue
  • Use quick outcome buttons for speed
  • Add notes for follow-ups
  • Check "Uncontacted" filter for fresh leads
